a really WONDERFUL experience

i stayed for several days and found the staff helpful , especially with directions. my room was always clean upon my return each day, thanks to meticulous housekeeping. the complimentary Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire building, a HUGE plus for staying connected.

the only issue i encountered was the limited selection of english breakfast tea at the front desk. there were other teas, but not enough of that one. it would have been great if there were more options available.

I stayed in a double room and it was very clean. the hotel provided fresh towels daily. This helped with my comfort. also, the location felt okay all time. I walked back late without any concerns.

the hotel gym was quite SMALL and only had a few machines. it was difficult to get a good workout.

the room was clean it included all the needed mod cons i got upgraded to a room with more space ilia at the front desk was very helpful and kind she helped make the experience for us

the beds were hard the pillows were sad i had to ask for an additional towel there was no usb plug in the room one night i was woken up around 1am by very loud people enjoying the patio

i was very impressed with the cleanliness. a super clean room. the staff were attentive. they quickly addressed a minor request i had, it was a seamless service. the concierge offered detailed transport advice. he knew local routes, this saved me a lot of time.

the gym, while functional, only had a limited selection of weight machines.

the location was good for accessing various attractions.

I was not happy about the room size. It felt much smaller than expected. the bathroom was also a letdown. The layout made it nearly impossible to use the toilet comfortably because of the radiator next to it. the lack of attention to detail during breakfast was noticeable. Many items were missing and not replenished despite arriving well before the service ended.
